Dr. Sanders is a wonderful dentist, but thr office staff is hit or miss. One of the women in the front office was extremely rude to my elderly mother for knocking on the door instead of calling in. Elderly people are not going to call; where is the customer service?
Dr. Sanders and her team are simply the best. My experience with this visit 1st began with setting-up my appointment. The front office staff is exceptional with special recognition going to Crystal; she’s amazing. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for an emergency filling procedure. I’ve been a patient for over three years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental care.
I appreciate the friendly staff. They do a great job at informing the patient about any issues. The only complaint I have is the long wait time.
I moved to Frisco and needed a new dentist. I asked a few people, did a search on the internet. I chose Dental Arts of Frisco and I couldn't be happier. The entire staff is so polite and professional. They are gentle and caring as well. That goes a long way in my book. And the fact that they are so good at what they do makes it even better!

This was my first visit to Dental Arts of Frisco and I was impressed with this dental team as soon as I was admitted into their office. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional, beginning with the greeting, then the "new patient" check-in procedures, and the expertise of the clinician as she located the problem area in the x-rays. The visit did not include any hands-on work by the dentist, but she very expertly informed me of my options, prescribed a treatment for the pain I was experiencing and outlined the future... read more
