Yes, it is still a doctor's office with their own set of routines but I found Dr. Chien patient, kind, and most importantly, not only on time but early! Tell me that isn't a bonus!

This is the worst provider of ENT I have seen in my life. He is so greedy for earning money but not has any passion to cure the patients. I wish I could give him zero star.

I came to Dr. Chien as a second opinion when my ENT dismissed my condition. He did a very quick look in my ears and asked me to blow to pop my eardrum and sent me for a CT Scan. Telling me that he would know more after the CT scan.( He did not speculate about my condition which I appreciated.) This would allow him to see the space after my eardrum. This was something my ENT in VA didn't do. He was kind to follow up with a phone call giving me a diagnosis. I found him to be professional and I am looking forward to discussing ... read more

It took a huge amount of effort to get an ENT referral out of the military healthcare system so this visit was very important to me. From the moment Dr. Chien entered the exam room he seemed to want to be done in a minute or two--at no point did I feel like he wanted to be there or that my concerns were valid or worth spending any time. There weren't any probing questions, or any questions that I recall beyond asking (once) why I had come in that day. Just no curiosity at all.
