Very rude staff that won't follow the law
terribly rude staff, gives you the run around constantly, the attorney Thomas Sellers will even interrupt and hang up on you when you’re trying to clarify the debt and what you’re needing. I was told to further my “reading comprehension” and that he “doesn’t care” about my questions. He proceeded to tell me how good I had it with the debt, even though we’re still negotiating it.
