Candace is great with kids!
Waco Kids Dental is always very kinda and knowledgeable. The staff is always friendly and i was in and out in about 30 minutes :) If i could change one thing it would be your parking lot.

My child's appointment was at 1030 we walked in at 1020, signed in and we were out by 1045... Great customer service and friendly staff.
We were looking to have our infant's tongue and lip tie addressed with a laser quickly; however, we were very disappointed by the slow response and conditions to perform the procedure. Everyone was very nice and professional; however, when nursing isn't possible until this is completed, patients need extremely quick turnaround and high level of care.
The staff is always helpful and polite and make my kids feel welcome and comfortable.
I have always been pleased with Waco Kids Dental until our last visit. Dr. Coon took awhile to see my son and saw several people who arrived after us, and when he did finally come over, he didn't acknowledge me as his mom, but held a conversation with a gentleman who's son was in the adjacent chair. Only thing he said to me was to start flossing because my son's teeth are really close together. He then stood up and just walked away. It takes a lot to bother me, and this visit did.
