Stay away from Waco Carpet. They refuse to stand behind their products. I purchased Dreamweaver Carpet from them and after a week or installation the carpet was shedding, flat and showed footprints terrible. It is the worst carpet I have ever bought. The Owner said he wished he could wave a magic wand and fix it. He was very rude and refused to fix or give refund. He also said he has never received any bad reviews on his products. Wow. Bought carpet from here a year ago. It's the cheapest place in town. The carpet has held up fabulously. So plush and soft even today. We even had issues with the subflooring, and the manager/owner of the store told us how to take care of it. They were very patient with us even though we had some issues and had to reschedule twice. We will definitely shop from them again!
