These guys obviously don’t care about their jobs. Every week for well over a year they empty the cans then throw them all face down, sideways all over the street, blocking the road and driveways. It’s not that hard to do a good job and put things back where you found them.
Almost never answer emails and calls and rude when they do answer (several weeks to a month later if you’re lucky)
Very poor service. The company is unresponsive and consistently fails to answer calls to schedule pickups, yet continues to charge us weekly for services that are not being performed.
They never answer the phone. They don't respond to voicemails or emails. They miss pick-ups. Can't get access to online account. City forces you with to use the company. So all you can do is file a complaint with the city, and hope something's comes from that.
