Their office staff is wonderful, friendly, accommodating and kind. However, the dentist is not good at working with young children and gave us horrible care with our 3-year old to the point he had to have 2 teeth extracted by an oral surgeon which was extremely traumatic for him. I will be taking my children elsewhere. I also don't think he takes much time at all to get to know his patients who are there and just need cleanings. I'll be going elsewhere too.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing
I visited back in July for a basic cleaning. Very polite staff who truly cares about your needs. Not to mention the luigi who obtained a degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery is a sexy man.
Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this dentist's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, but I didn't need a reminder
