I went to Dr. Covington back in 2020 and it was the easiest and least painful extraction I’d ever had. Well, flash forward to yesterday; I’ve been battling a cracked and painful tooth for around 1.5-2months (I’m hard headed) and finally called in and spoke with Emily and she got me in and 2 teeth extracted the same day, and it was even less painful and faster than 2020 was. I highly recommend everyone in this establishment and the office itself, everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable, and so helpful.
Everyone was nice, they worked with me and helped me with my tooth pain. Would Recommend.
Came here today for a consultation appointment, arrived way before my appointment and no one came to the door (doors to both entrances were locked, no one at the front desk, left a message and everything). I had hoped the call would alert someone to come out from the back, guess not. You'd think that someone would at least keep an eye out for expected patients. Very unprofessional, I'll take my business elsewhere.
Dr Covington and her staff are the best in the business. Great bedside manner and very knowledgeable and experienced at what she does.
The staff and Doctors were very professional, helpful, and supportive. The experience of my tooth removal was as good and stress free as is possible under the circumstances. All my questions and concerns were addressed. I would recommend.
