We are new to this area and our cooling system shut down a few days ago. My husband has cancer and very much needs to be in a cool environment, especially for sleep. We called Waccama HC that evening and Brady came to the rescue. Brady went to all ends, in the dark, to save the system. He went above and beyond, spending so much effort and time. First they sent two primates over to my house to replace a part on the A/C and they spent four hours installing the WRONG PART, like a couple of dummies, joking and laughing the entire time. They then came by four days later to fix it and ended up almost killing my wife and my pets by releasing toxic gas into the house. The only thing that saved them was the carbon monoxide alarm. I wish I had more than 2 Thumbs!!! Even that would not describe my total satisfaction with Waccamaw HVAC!! My service was completed this morning by Brett. We have used Waccamaw for many years at 2 locations. Recently we had a major issue with mini-splits. Trey the technician spent several hours trying to fix the issue and identified the problem. It needed the replacement of several parts still under warranty. Trey came back days later with the parts and everything is up and running. First class outfit. Never go anywhere else.

Of course on the 4th of July weekend, and a house full of family our AC goes out! We called Waccamaw Heating and Cooling, after hours, and within 30 mins. Michael came to our rescue. Great Professional Service! He provided both a short term solution, and most importantly a long term solution so we never have to worry again. Big Thank You Waccamaw and Michael
