This Wabo team was FABULOUS!!! Mr. Steven was truly a blessing. He is very knowledgeable and was able to walk us through all steps from beginning to end with our insurance company. We even hired them for additional work on our house. The office team continued to keep us updated on scheduling and answered any questions we had. Mr. Brian and Mr. Steven are old school professionals. The workers were polite and cleaned as they worked. While WABO and our sales rep were accommodating and did a great job on our client's roof, the only thing that took a star away is the fact that our client had to choose a roof color 3 times as the first 2 choices were not available. Fortunately, our client was not upset about it but perhaps the 1st color choice could have been preordered when the proposal was signed to avoid the unavailability that occurred.

WABO did a great job on our roof. They arrived at 6:30 AM to start working, and worked until 8:30 or 9:00 PM in 100 plus degree weather. It only took 2 days for the work to be completed. They also cleaned up before they left...and that was a big job. There were LOTS of nails in the yard, but it seems that they found and removed all of them We are very happy with the work they did.

Great service! They walked me through every step of the way and answered any questions I had. WABO was also very flexible when there were some minor delays with my insurance company. The contractor stayed in touch with me and typically replies me within the same day.
