I was greeted by a very friendly office staff. The office staff immediately announced that I had arrived. I took a seat in the waiting room and within two minutes I was in the chair having my teeth cleaned. The hygienist did an excellent job. While doing her work she discovered that my crown was very loose. She contacted the dentist and the loose crown was removed and after the cleaning the crown was put back in. Job well done. A future appointment was made. The work was done in a very professional way.

I have been a patient since 1983. Visiting a dentist can be an unpleasant experience but appreciated when we are in pain. Dr. Jennings and his friendly staff are always helpful and willing to explain everything that is being done. I have received excellent care and as a result have recommended them often. The complete patient experience starting with a friendly greeting and office follow through with insurance and billing is flawless. Leaves me smiling.
I arrived a few minutes early to make sure our account was settled. I was greeted by my name before I signed in. The office lady (Sorry I don't know her name) was very efficient in helping me settle my account, and will contact my insurance with questions. I was greeted by the hygienist 10 minutes early for my appointment and she as always did a great job, despite my gaging during the X-ray process. This is how routine dental maintenance should be done. Great Job !
I have been a patient of Dr. Jennings and his wonderful staff for over fifteen years, and every interaction/appointment has been friendly, efficient, and helpful. The office staff and technicians are unfailingly courteous, prompt, thorough, and well organized. They do a terrific job of clearly explaining appointments, treatments, costs, and insurance issues. I couldn't be happier about my long relationship with Dr. Jennings and his entire team.
I travel from Kokomo Indiana to Terre Haute Indiana, over 2 hours travel time in order to remain a patient of Dr. Greg Jennings. I have been a patient for more then 25 years. My friends in Kokomo ask "why travel so far for your dentist when there are great dentists locally?" My comment "when you have the best, why change." Dr. Jennings, receptionists, associates, assistants are all very patient centered.
