My experience is like everyone elses here. Something needs to be done about this company trying to rip people off. I am going to find out who to talk to because I was billed $350 after returning the machine after 2 days. My son never used it for his shoulder, never saw the benefit of it.
They said the 7 day rental was $25/day or $175. The machine was shabby and old but it did work. They didn't pick it up when they were suppose to. In the end, they billed my insurance company 3 different bills for a total of $5050.00. Oddly enough, my insurance paid all 3 bills which appeared to be for 3 separate machines a total of $2775.20 even after I told them that 2 of the claims were not valid. Then I get a bill from them for $200.00. I will not use them again.
Billing me for $6,900 for equipment I used after knee surgery for 3 days!! The machine is worth that? I didnt even keep the thing! I have insurance, so reading previous comments ... I'm assuming they messed up my claim. Hope to get this solved! As you can bc tell...I'm unhappy and disappointed. I would never recommend them.
