Very friendly service
There was hair in my food. The manager was not helpful at all and did not want to replace my food after I had to drive back in disgust after eating hair. Would not be eating here again. Not sanitary and customer service is 0/10
It's pretty gross when your establishment has a B grade on the window (only noticed when I was leaving) Soda station super sticky and dirty and this was at 11 am so you know they don't clean. Cashier just chatting with the cook during her free time instead of clean.
I stopped by this Waba Grill this morning to pick up lunch for my wife. She wanted their Salmon Veggie bowl and I customize it to get easy rice but more veggies. They charge extra for that so just be aware. I placed my order through their website and select the time when the store officially open since it was an option. These guys are trying to save money at every corner and it’s terrible, forks bend and are useless, food barley tastes good, portion sizes are for a small child, charge more but don’t skimp on the quality!
