This was my first time trying WaBa grill and unfortunately I wont be back. Food was very mid. Had a huge chunk of cabbage that just took up space in the bowl as if to put less meat. Temperature of the food was warm not hot and flavor overall was nothing special. With so many other options nearby, I say save your money and go elsewhere for better and more food.
Yesterday was first and last time ever eating at Waba Grill. The customer service isn’t great and food taste old and nasty. Cashier was frustrated and annoyed we were asking questions in the empty restaurant (first indicator to leave). I had the chicken my mom had what’s supposed to be steak but as you can see in this picture it was a disgusting chewy mess. I usually mobile order here and had no issues until now. I ordered a chicken bowl and when I got home I noticed the chicken was burned. It tasted like charcoal couldn't eat it.
Javier was amazing. Best customer service i had at this location. Super friendly and offered me options I didn't even know Waba grill had!!! I ordered more than I intended!!!! Thanks again! Best service I've had in a while
Today, The cashier put a certain person's order ahead of mine even though I ordered first on purpose. She favors certain people. Ra.....
