Staff does not know how to deal with redemption points and refuses to compromise and appease customer unless the technology tells them to do so. Even the chef found the situation funny when the customer is in the right. Don't come here if you plan on using rightfully-earned discounts and the WaBa Grill app.
This place is amazing and for the price the food actually is so good! The menu is not too large which make this place perfect for mastering their craft. I had the Waba Bowl and could not have asked for something better. The meat was perfectly cook and same with the veggies. The rice is so good too.
