Waara installed a $21,000+ audio/video system that the salesperson claimed would be “easy” and an ultimate viewing experience . After 4 months of too many technician visits to count and numerous calls to their technical support person, we asked to have the system uninstalled. They’ve taken out the video portion( at least now our TVs turn on and off) and refunded us $3000. I await a line by line accounting of our remaining $18,000 investment. Buyers beware.... you don’t get for what you paid.
