Had a new dishwasher coming to get installed. They called on the morning of the install to schedule a window of 4-6pm. 6pm arrives and no one has shown up or calls to give me any update. I call to see if someone is still coming and the dispatcher could not have been more uninterested and made it seem like it was my problem that they didn't show up. Still no dishwasher and now hopefully they show up tomorrow

In a recent experience with Waadt Appliance, we were consistently impressed by their exceptional service, personalized attention, and prompt resolution of our issue. On Saturday, May 3rd, we were hosting a Cinco De Mayo celebration when one of the knobs on our gas range became frozen, rendering the burner inoperable despite the burner’s continued illumination.
