Great customer service!
Had a new dishwasher coming to get installed. They called on the morning of the install to schedule a window of 4-6pm. 6pm arrives and no one has shown up or calls to give me any update. I call to see if someone is still coming and the dispatcher could not have been more uninterested and made it seem like it was my problem that they didn't show up. Still no dishwasher and now hopefully they show up tomorrow UPDATE - once they arrived the next day (again later than given window), the install was quick and efficient.
