One of the worst real estate agents I've ever known. No communication skills, nothing but excuses from him, we arranged for a final inspection 4 days prior. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I was honest from the start about an innocent mistake, but instead of helping resolve it, Ian chose to be confrontational, blame us and refuse to release the authority. His communication was unprofessional and, at times, petty. To make matters worse, when we transferred the deposit for the property we are buying through Ian, our banking app flagged the payment as a potential scam.
