Don't trust this woman as far as you can throw her. She sold us a home and lied about the fact the home owners had all agreed to pay for the road in our development and that she had started a home owners association and not to worry. Now we are in a lawsuit one of many this woman has been through. She now is claiming she is the developer and wants to charge the home owners for the common areas. She had these in our listing as part of our sale. I would follow this suit and run as fast as you can from any dealings with her.
