Williams co in north Vegas. once they found out I was an out of state traveler they immediately diagnosed my problem and had my motor home repaired and I was back on the road in a days time. by being honest and standing behind what they do and say. The plaque is very hypocritical they have in the office.I will tell all how they ripped me off. I recommend not going there. unless you won't to be their victim.
RecommendedDelbert in the Jeffersonville IN shop is top of the game. 2 AM call out for a -10 load and a reefer unit that wouldnt run due to a blown gear box. Had me up and running again within an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable and very fair. The industry needs more techs like Delbert. Kudos to him and those who trained him.

RecommendedStopped in and got what I needed done today. Their staff are top notch professionals who know what they’re doing. Will definitely rust them again with my equipment and go back again when needed/in the area 👍🏻
RecommendedHad extensive service work done at WW Williams in Grand Rapids, MI. Excellent service from Craig. Not only was he knowledgeable and did a good job, it was the way that he explained what he was doing in a way that I could understand and trust. He made a stressful situation (spending buckets of $$$ on old RV) much better. I knew that I was in good hands and being treated fairly. Kudos for not just doing a good job, but also being trustworthy and doing a good job of communicating with and being respectful to the customer.
