For nearly 17 yrs I thought I had done something wrong with my order from this company but as I sit here looking through old documents, I ran across the original order. 17yrs ago they delivered a different flooring then we had ordered. W.W. Supplies is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and crooked. I worked with W.W. Supplies for ordering tile for my house remodel two years ago. I avoided leaving a review for so long because I was angry and afraid my review would be used against me in some way by the owner. I ordered tile with WW. The sales person Jennifer lied about timeframe for delivery—which she initially claimed 2 weeks. At four weeks, I called. She said another two weeks. Had to have our entire master bath re-tiled. We found the tile we wanted at W&W. After having heard multiple horror stories about people waiting months for their tile, I specifically asked the sales person (owners wife) how long it would take to get the tile if we purchased. She assured me it would be no more than 10 business days - she said it was in the warehouse.
