If you want your stuff delivered WET, MOLDY, BROKEN and DAMAGED, definitely hire them. If you want SOMEONE ELSES ITEMS delivered to you, (which means your personal items are delivered to someone else) definitely hire them. If you WANT YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS STOLEN, definitely hire them. Walter will not return a phone call, text message or email and if you do get him on the phone, he makes promises he cannot keep. I have a huge list of damaged and missing items and he will NOT respond. The move was 06/29/2018
One of the worst experiences of my life. Walter gave a specific quote, time period, and confirmation and needless to say he didn’t meet any one of the aforementioned. His employees were very nice and courteous and I do not hold them responsible for the actions of Walter. My move was delayed by many hours, the truck was dirty and in horrible shape, his employees didn’t have enough of the right equipment, and it took nearly three hours over the expected time.
