Do NOT book with this company. They were booked for 9 am showed up at 12:30. The guys were fine. However the owner was absolutely horrible He required a $200 deposit then charged additional $205 for less then 2 hours. When I spoke to the owner he told me he charged 3 hour minimum which of course was not the 2 hour minimum that was agreed upon. They are the worst out there!
I would absolutely recommend them. Their price was awesome, which helps as a single mother and they moved a two bedroom to a three bedroom house for me to two different places. They even helped set up furniture! Definitely, will hire them again! First time movers experience was phenomenal! Thanks guys!
Great guys, very professional, courteous and helpful. you should definitely use them for all of your moving needs.
Today 9-20 they had confirmed for 8am. 8:45am I call them. Some story about 1 truck the axle broke and 1 truck had two slashed tires. They are going to try and find a truck. By 9:45am I had no update and called another mover who JUST happened to be finishing up in my area. W&W called me about 10:45 to say they were on their way. Forget it. Do not use this company. They do not know how to communicate with their customers.
they've yet to deliver the belongings to a military family. how disgraceful. it's been over 3 months.
They could find my friend Cathy Uhl's belongings (a whole missing truck!) and deliver them to her, pronto. This is a military move. If this is the level of service they provide to a family that sacrifices tremendously for our country, then heaven help any civilians that hire them. Is this poor service, or is it theft? Hmm.
Have better customer service and do the job they are paid to do.
