Jenna was amazing in guiding me towards a solution to update the hardware in my 45 year old kitchen. Unknown to me, they do not manufacture that type of hardware and it would be impossible to find replacements. Her solution was simple, easy and inexpensive. Thank you Jenna. Great store with everything you can imagine in the hardware department.
Buyer beware. Know what you need. Bring pictures, measurements or a whole dresser if needed. I've not posted on this topic yet but this is the third time that I'm left with a bag of handles I can't use. Each time there is an excuse. I went in their recommended choice. Despite that I was unable to get a refund or credit. Get what's promised in writing. Sad to say, Amazon is more dependable.
