Had wisdom teeth removed. Surgery went ok, but the service was below par. Not very friendly, tried to over charge in price, and not very fast at returning phone questions. If you have an option I would recommend you to go elsewhere even if you have to pay a little more. I just did not feel as if I was a valuable customer. Enough said, especially when it comes to someone digging around in my mouth and bank account.

Oral Surgery Can Be Scary But not with Dr. Poinsette. Dr. Poinsette's office is very busy but I did not have to wait. All of the prep work was done in rapid time but it did not feel rushed. He did some bone removal and some extractions. I was taken care of like a valuable person. Their staff made me feel at ease by engagng me in conversation before and informed me of the procedure and allowed me to voice my concerns and they addressed these.
