I was unfortunately 30 minutes late due to my cab driver getting lost and dropping me somewhere else. Initially W Plus Dental cancelled my appointment, but when I went in and explained my situation, the entire staff were super helpful and figured out a way to still fit me in. I really appreciate this as someone who is already nervous to go to the dentist. Thank you!

I hate to give them 2 stars but I am disappointed. I have cigna and started coming to this practice in December. At the time my cigna insurance plan, I was told was the only insurance they accepted that did not have to prepay and get reimbursed. I had to postpone my appointments till the new year. And I had received a email that they now accept more cigna insurance options, however when I called to make my appointment to continue my treatment plan I was told that my insurance was no longer accepted. I love this office!! Dr. Yoon is very gentle and listens thoroughly to all of my concerns. It is rare to find a provider who consistently takes her time to ensure her work is perfect, gives each patient her undivided attention, and takes advanced dental training to stay up to date with the best treatment methods possible. You will be in amazing hands with Dr. Yoon.

Whenever I see dr ku, I am impressed with not only his skills and nice equipments but his kindness that makes the whole experience very pleasant. I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist.
