I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Yoon and her assistants Sima and Shabez! I had a crown done and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Dr. Yoon is amazing at what she does—so gentle, patient, and clearly very skilled. When she was numbing me the anesthetic worked so efficiently and it was painless. I am deeply disappointed by my experience with this dental office and believe their practices raise serious ethical concerns. I initially presented for a routine evaluation and was advised that I required a procedure costing over $2,000, which I was told would most likely not be covered by insurance, though they stated they would “check later.” I found it unusual that payment was requested before insurance verification, as every dental office I have previously visited has confirmed coverage prior to charging. W Plus is an A plus!!! The staff (including the front desk staff, Shabaz the assistant, and Dr. Ku, who did my work) are sooooo kind and really helped me relax. Got a root canal and felt zero pain and discomfort throughout. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Ku and his top-notch staff are as good as it gets. If you want to stop worrying about your dental health, then make Dr. Ku your new dentist and implant specialist for problem-free, pain- free treatment.
