W Optical was very professional, and I was quite impressed. My appointment was on time, and I would use their services again.
I do not recommend this eyeglass shop under any circumstances. In September of 2025 I went to the W Optical store located at 2425 Alpine Ave NW Grand Rapid MI. I was attended by a woman who took my information to get a medical prescription for glasses. I brought my own frames, and they said they would provide me with the lenses. Then two weeks later they called me that they had misplaced the frames I had given them for the new prescription.
