cont. of review from below: the dentist scraped or cut the gum line, but was told it was all taken care for. I only returned this last time, because it was only a cleaning. After 25 minutes of waiting all the while listening to a screaming child who was already having dental work done, my granddaughter was teary eyed. Only then, I quietly inquired whether this wait was yhe new wait time at the practice (it was not the case with my daughters) or were they just running behind. They create the best experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I wanted to pick a dentist office that my daughter would enjoy and not fear like I did my whole life, and we have found just that! This office is warm, caring, informational, and enjoyable. I wish I had came here when I was in my youth! Hands down, amazing!
After coming here for over 22 years, this will be our last visit!
Great group of people. The dentists are friendly and courteous and enjoy working with kids. The office is not close to me, but the kind environment keeps me going.
Great friendly team. Both doctors always do an excellent job and since my daughters are 18 and 22 and still insist on seeing Dr. Ingalls, I guess that speaks for itself.
Thanks to doctors Mike and Christopher Ingalls and their staff, my children actually look forward to their dental appointments. They do everything possible to make appointments convenient for the parents too! They treat each and every patient like a VIP. We can't thank them enough!
Great staff!! Very patient and kind to the little ones. I love how they explain everything to the new patients. They made my one year old feel at ease.
