I am not happy at all...my husband paid a lot of money to get the crown you said he needed and now just a few months later it has an abscess under the crown and needs to go to a specialist for a root canal...I had my root canal first and then a crown! Totally finished there!
Good customer service and caring staff. Dr. Phillips is very thorough and does an excellent job! I'd recommend this office to others.
Excellent customer service & follow up
New to the Lynchburg area, I was able to get connected at Dr. Phillips. Very pleasant and caring staff and an informative doctor. Dr. Phillips did a beautiful crown for me two summers ago and it feels just like a natural tooth. Being a young person I feel that I was not taken advantage of, which happens occasionally to students. I plan to stay at this dentist until I relocate!
I was not pleased with having to schedule an initial appt that takes a 1 1/2 hours to only get xrays and very briefly meet the doctor. Then they required a second appt to clean my teeth. Did not feel like they respected my need for time efficiency. The office staff is abrupt about how they do things. I just did not care for the way the practice was run. So my family will find another dentist.
