My first time here was amazing, Yvette assisted me with a crystal replacement on my watch. She was very attentive and considerate with my time, communicating throughout the process. I appreciate that level of care and will definitely be coming back to this location for any future jewelry repairs or to buy something new to add to my collection.
Had the pleasure of purchasing a watch in store today with Al. I came in already knowing which piece I was looking for but wanted to see it in person first. Al was very accommodating and personable. He helped answer any questions about the purchase. This was my first luxury watch purchase and he really helped me feel at ease and comfortable in the store. Service was impeccable and I am looking forward to shopping again at W. Kodak in the future.
