Terrible business, they tell you to bring your vehicle in on a certain day and they don’t get to it for multiple days. I guess they do not realize that it is a real pain to be without a vehicle. This is the second time this has occurred. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, went back and unfortunately it was the same the second time around.
Take your business elsewhere. A complete lack integrity on the part of the owner. Took in my truck for some rust repair,given an estimate and delivery time, I show up on the due date and find that it has not even been started. I called at next supposed delivery and was told it was in paint and would be ready on Monday AM.....called on Monday, left messages...no return calls. I took my car in to have a side panel fixed. Terry fixed it up great and quick! I would highly recommend W&J Auto Service!
I have had 2 of my vehicles repaired at W&J, both times costing me much less than other estimates I received, and with terrific results. I have also referred 2 other people to Terry, and both of them have been very satisfied with his prices and quality of work. Recently someone spray painted red paint (words) across the whole passenger side of my white 1999 Landcruiser, and when I called to ask him if anything could be done, he said to bring it over right away. :I finally decided to have my 1968 fastback mustang sanded down and painted after completing most of the restoration myself over the years. A relative suggested W&Js Auto Service(918) 838-1616 at 7108 E Pine St. The owner, Terry Hand, agreed to sand, primer and paint the car with paint I provided for around \$500 depending on how much work it needed.
