Management not performing as stated.
Horrible experience with this management company, specifically Ashley Fletcher. I owned a townhome in Hailey Gardens which was under contract, and believe it or not, she let the master insurance policy lapse during hurricane season (was lapsed for 6 weeks), and was totally unresponsive and kept everyone in the dark throughout the process. We could not sell the townhouse b/c lender for buyer would not close with no coverage. Ashley only attempted to secure new insurance coverage for the property after my office called her rep... read more
Horrible experience with this management company especially Ashley Fletcher. No tax returns filed, no accountability, can’t get records, no response on any issues. We went to another management company and they have been amazing. Be careful using Wgroup, they are not ethical!
