I am giving two stars because they are very nice and I appreciate that. However we recently have had an issue of them lying to us. My wife was told over the phone that they wanted to make an appointment and my wife asked if the insurance was verified and Maria(I believe that is her name) stated that she had called and everything was the same. I just got home from my very first appointment with W Dental Group and... Let me tell you what. Everyone was so amazing and, from the very first second you step foot in the office to them saying goodbye, you are treated like they are all there JUST for you! I've NEVER had such an incredible experience at any dental office ever before in my life and they completely put me at ease when I was so very nervous! Exceptional service from the moment I called in. I had the best WOW experience ever. I couldn't believe it, I was having an extraction and didn't feel a thing plus Dr Tara Eisenrich was amazing! Thank you for such an amazing experience to all the staff!
