Extremely professional & personable. Dr. Xu & his staff left no stone unturned. It took me awhile to get to the clinic, but the wait was worth it.
Dr. Xu really listens to and cares about his patients. He's great at explaining everything and takes the time to return phone calls. I truly appreciate all of his help !
Urgent referral accepted by Dr. Xu for my Mother's heart failure.Very kind with great bedside manner. Addressed both my parents directly rathan myself and explained things in easy to understand terms. Reassuring and very helpful making sure we understood plan for Moms care and how he would be involved in the process. Parents both felt very comforted by his expertise. Office clean and easy to navigate on rollators and in wheelchair. Desk staff and MA were very professional and helpful.
