Never Again I will never use WD Yards again. We e-mailed first to receive service to our sprinkler system and after 2 weeks had no response. I finally called and had a service scheduled... and no one came. I called again the next day and she was surprised that no one had come. We scheduled for them to come out again... and no one came. Making up for mistake I would like to add to the post I posted a few days ago, Never Again. WD Yards and Bill Christensen have agreed to pay our last 2 mos water bill that we spent helping our grass to grow. He also took the time to pick up, clean, and sanitize all items and toys that were covered in weed spray chemicals. I feel as if he is making an effort to fix such a huge disastrous mess.
Promise big, deliver small I will never use WD yards ever again. They say they will show up and they don't. I contacted them three times and told me they would be at my home on Monday...three times. Never showed up. So I will use someone else.
Service Year after year they call, they show up and they do it cheaper than I can do it myself. Just when I think I should adjust my watering times they show up and it is greener than ever!
great work I love the fact that they take care of winterizing the sprinklers for ya....I didn't even have to be home...two thumbs up.....thanks WD Yards
