Unfortunately I did not have a similar experience. After working through several issues, which were treated as major emergencies, we got within 9 days of our closing and I was told we wouldn’t be able to close. The lender forgot to send me a simple set of disclosures for me to e-sign thus invalidating the loan and throwing my family, the sellers of the home we’re purchasing, and the buyers of our property into uncertainty and worry. Still trying to dig out from the mess they created. BEWARE!

I recently had the opportunity to work with WD Little Mortgage and they were qute simply outstanding. Meredith worked harder than I could have ever asked in getting us the best rate and package to suit our needs. She then followed up to trouble shoot the entire process and see it through to closing on a very short timeline. She truely went the extra mile for us and we will certainly be using her again.
