I visited W Cosmetics on 3 Jan. There were clear signs advertising 30% off the Centella range. When I went to pay, the discount applied was only 15%. I questioned this and was initially told yes, it is 30% off, but I pointed out that the screen was showing 15%. The staff member then came back and said the 30% off was a Black Friday sale and was no longer valid. The male staff member was very efficient and friendly. Communication was clear, and he only recommended products that I actually needed. He also explained the promotion really well. Overall a great experience.

I am not really familiar with skincare but I wanted to get something for my mom for Christmas as she's been really into skincare recently. The staff was really nice and I found Chelsea especially helpful when trying to find a good product to get my mom
