Very bad customer service the staff is very rude and disrespectful and not cooperative at all. I went there on Friday 12th September 8.30 pm the staff were walking around and I did my shopping in the w cosmetics store and I was holding my stuff in my hands they didn’t assist me I put my stuff in the trolley that was already in the store that lady which was a staff member came to me she snatch the trolley from my hand and she threw my stuff in the bag before she didn’t ask me do you need basket or bag her behaviour was so rud... read more

Unfortunately my visit wasn't as good as the other reviews. I visited the shop on the 10th September around 3pm, the staff were just chatting around the counter, not even greeting anyone in the store or walking around to see if anyone needed hand. They were leaning on the counter having a good old chat, went up to the counter and they girl said hello which was good but then turned back around to talk to the other workers about an ex or something mid transaction with me. Definitely needs improvement on customer service.

Couldn’t recommend this store enough, for starters the range of everything you need is incredibly big. Secondly, specifically the thing that stood out to me the most was the level of care, knowledge and patience the manager Ceylan took from her day to really help me build a good skincare routine for both my mum and i, was just outstanding.
