Pools and cardio equipment often broken down. Simple fixes take weeks due to no planning for spare parts or expedited repairs. Towels are rags and hot water often unavailable in showers. Never once seen someone cleaning the steam room or locker room floors during the day. Must be don’t more than once a day to be clean and healthy. Two stars because it’s close to my home not quality of facility.
