I purchased a car on Kijiji that has a new alternator in it. The alternator then died a few months later, the previous owner had given me all the receipts so I was able to see it was W&B that did the replacement. I contacted them and they said the only way they would warranty it was if I paid them $200 in labour. I said I could do the labour myself as I am mechanically inclined, and they said I could talk to Napa about having the part itself warrantied. Excellent service, nice staff who knows what they’re doing, and the best part of this place is that they will honestly tell you what work NEEDS to be done rather than unnecessarily fixing things. Go W & B!
