Seed starter kit pellets don't expand. Posted a review about the experience, explaining the methodology used, per the included instructions. Burpee responded saying I did it wrong, and reiterating the exact procedure I had included in my review. Clearly they're trying to blame customers for the negative outcomes, when the product is simply junk. It wasn't always, but they've gone down hill so fast they're breaking the speed of light.

Purchased Sea Magic for $7.99. The ad did not say how much you would receive in the package. I got one ounce for $8. We buy 50 lb bags for our cattle of organic kelp for $75. Sea Magic would make $6,400 on a 50lb bag for the price they are charging here!!! The package also says you are to add it to your existing fertilizing program which was not stated in the Burpee catalog. This is a total rip-off to the customer and a fraud. Shame on Burpee for selling this product.

Just dealt with a difficult shipping issue and your CSR did an excellent job of making sure my gardening needs would be met. Excellent quality plants and seeds, excellent products, and excellent customer service. Thank you!

I'd give 5 stars if the shipping was better. Fed ex then shuffled to USPS. Product I ordered on the 1st didn't arrive until the 13th.
