My large order arrived in a half broken box. Most of the dirt was out of the containers. Several of the plants were broken. Immediately sent an email, and after 3 days NO ONE responded. Called customer service, gave them all the information and was told, after being on hold for 15+ minutes that "someone will answer your email". I asked what does that mean, and was told "someone is going to answer your email" NOT a single suggestion to reimburse my money or replace the plants. WILL NEVER BUY FROM BURPEE AGAIN!!!!
In the past I have placed many orders with Burpee and have been completely satisfied. If there was a problem with a plant, they immediately replaced the plant. Thank you Burpee.
I purchased many packs of seeds and a few already grown plants. They are all flourishing so fast! The blackberry plant came and I thought it was dead. Within 3 days small leaves starts growing. Now its very leafy! All of my seeds are grown fast and big. The tomato plants base is very thick! Very happy with my purchase!
I ordered several items without any issues. but I will keep you posted if anything changes
I have a green thumb but no good place to use it! I live in an apartment (indoor gardens are so expensive).
Have contacted customer service twice, still no response. Sweet potato shipment was not in good shape. Need to hear from customer service. Thought you folks were more responsible. Problem resolved— thank you very much!
