I was a customer in 2016 and the service was good back then. Now in 2026, everything is terrible. The machines are low quality, and the service is awful. Naaz was extremely unprofessional. They also don’t properly warn you that laser hair removal can make facial hair worse and increase growth. Very disappointed. Do not go here.
I got laser here for a year and loved it. The place is clean and staff are nice. Prices are very reasonable too and they offer packages. The best thing is their laser machine. It's different than all the other places I've tried and it's almost painless. It's not like the rubber band snapping feeling at all

I purchased 60 units which I never done it before! Normally I used 50 but anyway it was a good deal. But I honestly think those deals are not honor and they used less Botox or Xeomin. My forehead still have wrinkles. Not going back totally lost my money not a decent place.
