Awsome like always
I just moved to Gainesville and I was nervous on where to go for my nails. We all know finding a new nail tech can be nerve wrecking, but Kyle helped me and he is AMAZING. Very talented and kind, he knows exactly what he’s doing. He won’t disappoint (: he also does designs! But this time I got French with chrome (:

Extremely disappointed. He ripped my one of my hangnails off with his FINGERS instead of the proper tools. He also was aggressive with the cuticle clipping leading to blood on four different fingers. One nail bed pooled blood so badly (it was mixing with the polish) I had to ask for him to wipe it off with alcohol. The entire nail bed was pooled/spilling blood and he did not disinfect it until asked. The photos of the bloody nails are after 15-20 minute (so less bloody but still raw/painful).
