Was contacted promptly by Donnie, he was very professional and courteous. I arranged to come see the car I was inquiring about and went for a test drive. I informed him I wanted to check on some financing options and would be in touch. He contacted me the next day and I informed him I had seen the car I was looking at on Facebook, being reviewed by a person who had came to test drive it before me, kept it for an hour and a half and did at least 3 videos on it! I bought the car from this dealer with lots of positive assurance about after sale. The very next week the broke down & it’s all negative responses. The car is also not in good condition. I better suggest to go for a Private party than this dealer .
The Sales Manager Donnie was terrific. He spent time with both my wife and myself explaining the pros and the cons of purchasing the vehicle we were looking at, and there were no hard pressure tactics used. I would recommend both he and the other sales staff at Vyletel Buick GMC for anyone looking to purchase a used car.
greeted quickly inquired about your needs. salesman pleasant knowledgeable. their some what set on price. did not buy but treated right.
