Extremely dissatisfied with the dishonesty from the office. I have Aetna ppo and they claimed they accepted it in April 2025 when they have not participated in the plan since 2022. I paid for a filling and temporary crown which fell off in a week. And the treatment plan was over 6,000 none of which was covered not even my filling or cleaning.
The staff is very nice and they hold your hand through the entire process would highly recommend
I have been a patient for a couple of years now. I have always been treated professionally and greeted with a smile and warmth. Dr. Tran is very dedicated, knowledgeable, and friendly. The hygienist makes me feel at ease and is thorough. I highly recommend.
