I have been a customer of this particular data center since the early 2000’s. I am extremely happy with their service. The staff onsite makes all the difference in the world, we know each other by name and I know that they are trained well. Offsite staff (sales and client support) has also been excellent to work with, and receptive to suggestions for change.
