VW Credit has been great. I have leased and bought several cars from them and they have always treated me well. The people on here leaving 1 star reviews must be the problem not VW.
I wish I could give negative stars. I am currently due for one payment, the October 26th payment, and the website shows that I have TWO payments due. They are including the payment due on November 26th and showing my account to be in arrears. The have no grace period, and trying to talk with them on the phone for clarification is a horrible experience. I missed one payment due to relocation and not getting the bill, and there was no courtesy phone call or email --- nothing! They reported me 30 days late---- the only negative... read more
Volkswagen Credit is the absolute worst. I have never leased a vehicle for and thanks to VW Credit I never will for any brand. What a crooked entity and an even more crooked leasing contract. I have someone that does nothing but lease vehicles and they get so many perks and inclusions that weren't even asked of me to start. If I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst financing agency I have ever worked with. It has taken over a month and a half to pay off the remainder of my lien and receive my title. I have made 3 separate payments to try to pay off my lien remainder. Every time I would make a payment, they would close my account, then I would get a letter a few days later stating the payment was not processed due to an “issue with my bank”?? Everyone I spoke with told me you could pay with a savings account/routing number. The s... read more
I paid my car off 21 days ago and they say it will take a few more weeks to get my title. This is ILLEGAL.
