Shipping lady came out of office every 10 mins for smoke and have no idea about who check in first and it's FCFS facility. when i ask its been 3 hrs i am waiting for door she replies i don't know when i put you on door! keep in mind it only 3 truck waiting and 2 on docks, then she start complaining about she haven't eaten since morning, have gone on break! Management please fix you shipping and receiving office
