Edit to Update. VUMI finally had success paying out. You need to be in contact with them daily until they provide the reference number to provide the bank of you have a non USD account. Still a pain and I will switch companies at renewal time. I would not recommend unless you have a USA bank account. I decided to sign with VUMI based on the fact that they said they would pay out in any currency worldwide. This is not the case, I have paid thousands out of pocket and it has been over a year trying to get money. Stay away!!!
Pésimo servicio. 8 horas esperando su respuesta mientras decían que ya habían mandando la carta al hospital para que al final no hicieran nada y decir que no se harían cargo. No valen nada. Quieren una aseguradora inútil, que tarda, incumplida. Es aquí. Basura todos ustedes

I have been trying to get VUMI to pay for my Trizepitide use in the treatment of OSA. They won't do it. I pay huge premiums, live in a country where medicine (except for trizepitide), and medical services are very reasonably priced. What astounds me is they're very good at jacking up the premiums and getting away with delivery of medical care, that in the long run will be cheaper for them, in future.
