Chris was wonderful! Initially I was having a lot of knee pain but after a few sessions I can now get through my workouts without the pain. Chris helped me by explaining correct form and technique, he created exercises that worked for what was going on with me, and he really seemed to care about getting me better.
Chris is by far the best PT I have been to (and I have been to a lot!) For 2 years, nobody could figure out the cause of my shoulder pain, but Chris did!! He got be back to 100% with no pain in a short amount of time, and he did it working around my busy school schedule! But my favorite thing about Chris is that he came up with a game plan for the gym that would help me work on my shoulder outside of my time with him. Chris & Michael helped me avoid surgery that was recommended by a large ortho practice in the area. Each and every visit was tailored to my injury AND my fitness goals. I'll continue to highly recommend the Vulcan team to anyone in the Birmingham area.
10/10….. Chris has helped me so much with my knees!!! I went from having constant irritating knee pain to none after a few sessions. Ask him about BFR, it works wonders! His programming has not only helped me stay pain free but helped me hit new goals and PR’s at the gym! Go see ya boy Chris at Vulcan!!!
